Swaraj University

Swaraj University is a two-year learning program based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India, that creates opportunities for youth to develop the knowledge and skills they need to create viable livelihoods in their own communities rather than study and work abroad. Everyone has a dream for his/her life and community, and the world they want to live in. All of us have our own particular talents and skills. Swaraj is a place where learners can come to discover their calling, and each student designs his/her own personalized learning plan. These are supplemented by skills workshops, service projects, learning journeys, internships and international youth dialogues. Rather than focusing on grades and degrees, Swaraj prepares learners to inspire those around them with self-confidence and personal commitment.
